Enterprise Architect

United Talent Agency (UTA) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a crucial role in designing and optimizing the overall architecture for NetSuite and other financial systems at UTA.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology solutions with our business objectives.

The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $250,000 commensurate with experience and skills. This role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

What You Will Do

• Dive deep into NetSuite architecture and other financial systems, understanding their functionalities and capabilities.
• Lead and oversee the implementation and integration of NetSuite and other financial systems.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders and project teams throughout the architecture and implementation process.
• Create functional requirements as an input to application design.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and make recommendations for technology adoption and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards throughout the architecture design and implementation process.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems NetSuite (required), Sage, Oracle, and / or Workday.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations and integrations.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into architectural solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and provide technical guidance for business growth and optimization.
• Familiarity with security and data privacy standards, and experience implementing solutions with adherence to these standards.
