Responsibilities
Come be part of a PMO team and a program that is growing and looking for forward-thinking, action oriented and relationship-building individuals.
The selected individual will work directly with the PM, DPM and senior leadership team to ensure effective execution of all program business operations.
Additionally, the selected candidate will interact directly with the Government PMO team (COTR, Contracting Officer, Program Control) to coordinate deliverables and ensure prompt resolution of actions.
This position will provide you with experience and knowledge that will directly translate into future programmatic leadership roles from a career progression and growth perspective.
In this role, you will :
- Serve as primary focal point for all program control activities, including but not limited to :
- Program ECP basis of estimate development and management
- Program security coordination and compliance management
- Strategic financial management of recurring company and customer deliverables
- Strategic fiscal planning for both company and customer objectives
- Business systems analysis / integration as part of program oversight
- Staffing orchestration between recruiters, teammates and hiring managers
- Lead the entire lifecycle of operational and strategic relationships with 20+ teammates, including but not limited to :
- Generating program directives and associated documentation for the initiation of all contractual actions
- Maintaining an analysis of billing rate and other program financial objectives
- Facilitating wide-ranging issue resolution with corporate systems
- Developing and analyzing weekly subcontractor labor reports
- Building robust professional relationships with teammate leadership
Qualifications
Required Skills :
- Requires BS w / 10-12 years, MS w / 8-10 years, or PhD w / 5-7 years
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS / SCI Clearance with Poly
- Experience or knowledge of business operations, including :
- Financial management (Advanced)
- Subcontractor management (Intermediate)
- Business systems (Intermediate)
- Staffing orchestration (Intermediate)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strongly Desired Skills :
Familiarity with direct IC customer, including organizational structure and business processes
