Kidokinetics of Minnesota West is a fitness and sports program for children. We offer an exciting and unique program developed to provide children with the opportunity to improve their fitness, while developing their coordination and self-confidence.
The program teaches the basic skills of various sports with a focus on developing motor skills in a fun and non-competitive environment.
Kidokinetics of Minnesota West also offers birthday parties and camp programs. Our programs are offered at various locations and classes are structured and age-appropriate for children ages 1 to 10.
The classes are high energy and most importantly fun for children (and coaches)!
