Commercial Project Manager

We are a reputable construction firm in New Mexico. We are currently in need of Project Managers and PE's that have experience overseeing ground up commercial projects that is at least 15Million.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assure project abides by all environmental safety awareness and compliance
• Support and further the company culture, values, Key Results and quality management
• Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to all stakeholders
• Provide day to day direction and oversight of project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials
• Successfully integrate resources, activities, and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan

What You Need for this Position

At least 5+ years of Project Management experience

Bachelors Preferred But Not Required

Familiar with using Procore and Microsoft

Must be familiar with commercial projects such as hotels, multifamily, office buildings and K-12.
