Morning Belle, Grand Rapid's newest breakfast restaurant, is now hiring Dishwashers who live out our value of Uncommon Hospitality! No evening or night shifts! This role is a great opportunity for anyone who has a passion for providing people with incredible dining experiences and is excited by the opportunity to be part of a new concept.

Morning Belle Dishwashers support the overall service experience by ensuring the availability of clean dishes, following Meritage procedures to meet the highest standards for cleanliness and food safety.

They prepare dining areas and the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations, and also support general organization throughout the restaurant by receiving and stocking deliveries.

This position is designed to grow Dishwashers into Cooks and future leaders as well.

As a Morning Belle Dishwasher, you will play the following role on our team :

• Wash and stock all restaurant dishware, cutlery, and other cookware
• Assist the cook team with food preparation as directed
• Help store and organize delivered products
• Help fellow team mates when needed to ensure guests have a fast, excellent dining experience and to promote team work

We expect our Morning Belle Dishwashers to have the following qualifications :

• Great teamwork
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to effectively communicate and be a great team player in a fast pace, sometimes stressful environment

Pay rate is $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience.
