Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Manages the Community Cruiser and the ATM trailer including delivery, event set-up and take down, securing the unit and then returning the cruiser to the main office.
Keeps cruiser stocked for events.
- Maintains vehicle maintenance, fuels delivery vans, and ensures cleanliness of all AmFirst vehicles inside and out.
- Keeps all electronic systems on cruiser and ATM trailer in working condition and up-to-date including satellite, cameras and gaming systems.
Ensures monthly audit is performed as required by internal auditing.
- Works with Maintenance on service or equipment issues of ATM and security equipment.
- Performs ATM service functions as needed. May require after hours service calls.
- Assists the Community Engagement Team with event set up and delivery of event supplies to event locations and branches as needed.
- Maintains the cruiser garage. Keeps garage clean and organized.
- Back up for facilities area as needed. Duties may include delivering mail and / or supplies in the main office or to other locations, cleaning (inside and outside), or moving furniture.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements :
- Maintain maintenance and service schedule for the Cruiser / Marketing vehicles both cosmetically and mechanically.
- Provide professional service and support to event organizers and employee(s) working at the Cruiser.
- Be prompt for setup and take down of events.
- Carry out all assigned duties and responsibilities with minimum errors in a timely manner.
- Work in conjunction with maintenance for servicing on ATM and security equipment
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance.
Knowledge and Skills :
Experience : One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education : A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills : Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required. Work involves minimal contacts within the organization.
Contact involves routine, non-sensitive issues. Member or vendor contact is limited to incidental contact.
Other Skills : Must have a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by our insurance provider.
A CDL is preferred, but not required. Comfortable towing a vehicle.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to make timely prudent decisions.
Relates well to others regardless of their background or personality.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and balance a variety of projects.
Must be a self-starter with little need for supervision or outside motivation.
Knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities is a plus.
Physical Requirements : Moderate lifting is required.
Work Environment : Must be able to travel and work non-regular hours including evenings and weekends
