PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Determine participant eligibility.
- Complete intake for all eligible individuals.
- Develop individual employment plans and assist each participant in reaching their goals
- Provide intensive case management and advocacy for participants.
- Help participants develop and strengthen work behaviors and employability.
- Establish effective relationships with area training institutions to increase participants skill levels and job market competitiveness.
- Distribute incentives and support services in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Promote Avivo's services to create more opportunities to partner with or to connect with.
- Ensure services provided are culturally responsive utilizing best practices.
