Position Summary :
The QA technician reports to the Quality Lead and maintains the highest standards for Food Safety, Quality, and Legality.
These functions take place in the Plant and Quality lab areas.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and can learn and perform basic lab tests using company-provided instruments.
- Performs production record review
- Commits to producing quality products
- Raises any quality issues or non-conformances to supervision
- Receive and release raw materials based on QC testing and document review
- Conducts finished goods testing
- Conducts HACCP-related CCP testing
- Conducts Product code verification
- Collects samples from the Production lines
- Verify daily / weekly sanitation
- All assignments require team members to follow company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices to meet customers’ expectations and help maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, PPE, and comply with all safety policies and requirements
