Job Title : Operations Processor
Job Description
This position will be responsible for entering data given to the operations team by the Logistics and Accounting teams. The Operations Processor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational tasks within the organization.
This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The Operations Processor will primarily be responsible for heavy 10-key data entry and processing, requiring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Data Entry and Processing :
- Perform accurate and timely data entry using a 10-key numeric keypad.
- Process various types of data, including financial transactions, customer information, and operational records.
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
2. Microsoft Office Proficiency :
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform routine tasks and generate reports.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas, formatting, and data manipulation, is required.
3. Documentation and Recordkeeping :
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all processed transactions and activities.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to operational procedures and workflows.
4. Quality Assurance :
- Conduct regular quality checks on processed data to identify and correct errors.
- Follow established quality assurance protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
