What You Will Get To Do :
- Record income / (expense) items and adhere to the terms (allocations) outlined within the partnership agreements
- Prepare capital call / distribution calculations & notices
- Complete audit confirmation requests
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations accurately / timely
- Prepare quarterly work paper packages (BS / SO / TB / etc.)
- Assist on various product enhancement projects as requested
- Prepare carried interest calculations as defined in partnership agreements
- Prepare and issue quarterly capital statements and financial statements
What You Will Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Problem-solver with strong communication skills
