CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT - RICAMBI
La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività :
- Gestire evasione degli ordini
- Spedizione e fatturazione dei ricambi
- Garantire che tutte le fasi necessarie nel processo di gestione degli ordini siano eseguite tempestivamente
- Supervisionare il flusso dei ricambi in uscita e seguire il proprio portafoglio clienti in modo autonomo
- Supportare in modo proattivo la rete e il team di vendita
- Fungere da punto di riferimento tra i rivenditori e distributori filtrando e indirizzando le richieste Requisiti :
- Laurea
- Laurea
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
- Esperienza pregressa nel servizio di assistenza clienti
