POSITION DEFINITION

The Partner Consultant reports to the Director of Partnership. The Partner Consultant is the primary contact between customers and Imperial to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Partner Consultant 's primary responsibility is to develop customer relations and provide information to assist the operation with strategy and insights.

The Partner Consultant is the main bridge between the Customers and Imperiall. The Partner Consultant must build healthy relationships with the Customers, inspire trust, and become the customers' go-to person to solve every need they have.

After gathering information from the primary source, the Partner Consultant 's duties are to transfer the data to the system and provide everything collected to the Partner Consultant .

It is crucial to ensure that the communication is always on point, reinforce dependability, and keep consistency always up to our standards.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Oversee and interact with several clients within a geographic area to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for client relations. Visit clients regularly and develop a solid and stable relationship with them.
  • Respond daily to oral (during visits or phone calls) and / or e-mail requests from clients.
  • Provide clients with continuous feedback.
  • Perform thorough inspections to ensure our services are according to our standards.
  • Keep high communication standards with the Operations Leader by reporting daily to the Operations Leader with all requests and / or complaints from clients so that the Operations Leader can ensure all is performed properly.

When necessary, visit client sites at night to ensure all customers' requests and / or complaints are solved.

  • Understand the scope of work for each account.
  • Understand the services calendar and keep track of its completion.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.
  • Support first-shift Community Leaders in case of emergencies.
  • Perform Installation Meetings with new accounts.
  • Measure clients' sites and provide pricing for extra services requested by clients as needed.
  • Believe and practice concepts of hospitality and exceptional client experience
  • Attend sales presentations as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

Computer Skills - You must be familiar with the computer, so you don't have problems while working with our systems.

Negotiation Skills - our company offers B2B services, so as a Partner Consultant, you'll be directly in touch with people who must respect budgets and negotiate pricing.

We never play the money game because this is not how we initiate partnerships. However, you will need negotiation skills to find common ground with partners every so often.

Networking Skills - Our goal is to create friendships with our clients. You must be comfortable while talking to people and developing bonds.

Problem-Solving Skills - it's your duty to be sensitive to our partners' needs and to identify their pain as efficiently as possible.

Having problem-solving skills and a positive attitude is a must!

Organization Skills - Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.

Driving frequent visits to partner's facilities are a must that's the best way to develop relationships and keep track of on-site development and quality standards

Availability - t o respond to customers' and coworkers' needs during non-business hours.
