Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or computer engineering, or other related area and minimum 3 years IT experience, with an emphasis in SharePoint, Power BI / Automate / Flow and process automation.
or associate degree or technical diploma / degree or equivalent years of related work experience
- Experience with SharePoint Framework development
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Office 365 suite, developing & implementing solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric & Azure (nice to have)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient skills in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Power BI).
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong professional / business writing skills
- Ability to manage time and projects effectively while quickly adapting to changing priorities
- Ability to create and maintain business processes mapping and Visio work-flow diagrams
- Ability to collaborate well with a team and independently under minimal supervision.
- Aptitude for quickly learning and mastering innovative technologies and systems
- Demonstrates confidence in decision making while following chain of command for approvals
- Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
- Ability to work remotely as well as onsite as needed by the business
