Job Posting TitleManager of Project and Program Management (Remote)Job DescriptionPurposeThe Manager Project & Program Management is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and performance of Prime’s project, program, business analysis, or release managers.

This position supports the delivery of Prime’s projects / programs and is responsible for managing workforce requirements required to deliver quality services.

• ResponsibilitiesManage and provide direction with prioritization of a complex set of projects / programs, capacity planning, staff allocation, and effort forecasting relating to current and future projects / programsServe as mentor and manager of team of project / program managers and analysts;
• develop and coach staff to meet or exceed performance expectations and defined objectivesDefine, implement, and manage project / program and quality standards;
• define productivity targets, quality, and process adherence through metrics, measures, audits, and scorecardsOversee escalated project / program issues and deadlines;

lead delivery of solutions to meet client needsCoordinate with business and IT owners to ensure projects / programs and outputs align with end state goals / objectives and operational processesParticipate in annual and quarterly budgeting process to ensure prioritized projects / programs are funded and resources are allocated properlyOther duties as assigned.

• Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience;
• HS diploma or GED is required6 years of work experience in project / program management or business analysis1 year of leadership / supervisory / management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex material to wide range of audiencesInterpersonal skills necessary to manage staff and build relationships across multiple departmentsAbility to work as team player;

comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguityAdvanced and strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skillsPreferred Job QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or CertifiedBusiness Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or advanced degreePBM / healthcare experienceExperience with formal project management methodologiesExperience in working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholdersMinimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusPotential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.
