Your New Role :

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic PRN Certified Medical Assistant to join our team on an as needed basis at our multi-specialty clinic in Boise, Idaho.

In this role, you’ll be pivotal in delivering Primary Care and Occupational Healthcare to our clients, their employees, and their families.

What You’ll Do :

• Patient Interaction : Warmly greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Preparation : Get patients ready for their visits by escorting them to labs or examination rooms, and setting up necessary equipment.
• Verification & Support : Confirm patient information, take vital signs, and assist healthcare providers during exams.
• Hands-On Care : Perform basic lab tests, administer medications, take blood samples, and more all while ensuring a smooth and safe patient experience.
• Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate records, follow safety procedures, and stay updated with your certifications and professional knowledge.

What We’re Looking For :

• Credentials : Certified Medical Assistant with 2-3 years of experience, including 2 years of phlebotomy.
• Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and front office tasks.
• Attributes : Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and professional environment.
