POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure all NMS tool compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of servers hosting network management tools.
- Integration of all network monitoring systems with other platforms
- Coordinate work with other IT teams in an efficient manner.
- Install and upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, assessing impact of issues, engaging vendor technical support teams.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to Network Services for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
- Complete bug scrubs of new software to be implemented.
- Implement automation for tools to deliver to logging pipeline, tool backup pipeline, event management pipeline.
- Implement automation for privileged access management.
Troubleshoot, update, and clean up existing automation code.
