As our full-time Pizzeria Supervisor, you handle a wide range of responsibilities to ensure an exceptional customer experience, splitting time between your managerial duties and working either at the front of the house, or in the kitchen.
You spend about 30 hours per week at a workstation in the kitchen as a member of the kitchen line, preparing and cooking food, with another 10-15 hours per week on managerial duties such as :
- Monitoring food quality and assisting with daily prep as needed
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Address any repairs or maintenance issues
- Hiring and training new employees
- Deliver effective coaching to Front and Back of House Team
- Create and manage schedules for all Pizzeria staff
- Actively participate in developing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry required
- Restaurant cooking experience required
- Previous experience cooking pizza in a professional setting is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling techniques
- Proven leadership experience and time management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
This is a working leadership role, so you get the best of both worlds, earning competitive compensation with potential earnings of $26-$27 an hour with tips included, or salaried at $47-$50k annually based upon experience.
