Responsibilities
Be at work on time
Work with our Service Advisors and be eager to work as a team
Complete Multi-Point Inspection of customer vehicle and make recommendations as needed
Learn and follow our Express Service procedures to complete vehicle maintenance needs
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown
Drive the vehicle safely for testing purposes
Take and pass online training coursework as required
Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools safely to perform various tasks
Qualifications
Understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
High School Diploma or GED
One year in a service department preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
