We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager for a company that oversees a network of commercial real estate investments through-out the western United States located in Irvine, CA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develops, manages and directs brokerage relationships in all submarkets we’re invested in; from San Diego, Inland Empire, San Fernando Valley, West LA and the greater Orange County area.
- Has understanding of current and changing lease terms in the above-mentioned submarkets and can skillfully negotiate and prepare Letters of Intent with both renewing and new tenants, via broker representation where applicable.
- Support lease contract related document preparations (AIR Form Leases, Amendments, Addendums, LOI’s) and possess a working knowledge of core lease provisions.
- Works closely with the Asset Manager and the Construction Manager in regard to T.I.
cost estimates.
- Liaison between tenants and Property Managers prior to lease execution.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to improve occupancy.
- Conduct credit checks, collect pertinent financial information, and perform necessary due diligence on prospective tenants, and compile to present to the executive staff.
- Coordinate with accounting for monthly cash flows.

- Proven track record of successfully completing challenging projects and managing multiple priorities.
- Negotiating experience, detail oriented and strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients, partners, tenants, managers and other professionals.
Preferred Experience and Skills :
- 5+ Years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker, or ability to acquire within one year of hire. Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe & AIR Forms.
Compensation : $80,000 - $90,000 K DOE. Compensation will heavily be dependent on level of experience in role.
