Director of Business Development Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective business development strategies within the healthcare and / or AEC sectors.
- Expertise in CRM software and various business development tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
Director of Business Development Responsibilities :
- Create and execute strategic business development plans that align with company goals and adapt to the changing healthcare market.
- Discover and seize new business opportunities in the healthcare Market.
- Recognize and anticipate the distinct needs and emerging trends of healthcare facilities and systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing in the healthcare sector, and success.
