Job Title : Receptionist
Job Summary :
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff.
As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist will handle phone inquiries, greet visitors, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide accurate information
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with the administrative team for replenishment
- Ensure compliance with security protocols for visitors entering the office
- Support other departments with special projects as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, phone systems)
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
