Outside Sales Representative Fletcher Up to $75K
PrideStaff is recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative for a manufacturing company located in Fletcher .
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Must learn about the company’s products in detail to be able to sell them to our customers
- Explains the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- Creates, processes, and monitors projects from the quotation stage to delivery of goods. This must also be communicated to the customer.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or at least five (5) years of technical sales related experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be willing to travel. Hours of Work : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Per Year
