Responsibilities of the Account Management Trainee : Use pre-qualified customers to facilitate the full cycle sales process through in-person engagement and collaborative presentations with customers to educate them on exclusive promotions and product benefits Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize market penetration and cultivate lasting partnerships to drive revenue goals Create compelling, thoughtful, and unique sales proposals to engage potential clients and spark consultative conversation Demonstrate a strong potential for leadership by working with experienced sales teams to motivate team members toward achieving set sales targets and organizational goals Requirements of the Account Management Trainee : Strong team mentality, competitive spirit, and eagerness to advance professionally Desire to better yourself through our intensive training, mentorship, engaged management, and process-oriented sales approach Outgoing and collaborative work style with the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization Ability to consistently establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships and networking skills with both customers and office teams We place a premium on self-development by prioritizing both individual and organizational goals.
