What You Will Be Doing
Are you a seasoned Sheet Metal Foreman with a passion for leading dynamic teams in the construction industry? We are seeking four highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our innovative mechanical contracting team in Phoenix, AZ.

The Ideal Candidate
- Lead and supervise sheet metal workers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and project success.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of duct systems and related equipment.
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal job site performance.

- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman in the mechanical construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, installation techniques, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
