SYNERGY HomeCare Southeast Texas has an immediate opening for a part-time Accounting Assistant. This position is currently
part-time with the potential to grow to a full time position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Accounting Assistant to join our fast growing team dedicated to providing the best non-medical home care to our community.
Qualifications :
- Customer service skills and positive phone etiquette experience
- Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, Power Point, QuickBooks, etc)
- Well-honed time management skills
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and update data into the company database
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Organize and maintain files, both digital and paper
- Assist with other administrative task as needed
- Generate reports for Accounting Manager
- This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
