About the Marketing Intern Role

Ready Rebound is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our brand, sales, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a college junior or senior who is pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and is eager to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing. This role will assist with marketing operations, social media, sales enablement, and event support, playing a key role in helping Ready Rebound deliver on our mission of accelerating recovery and return-to-work for first responders.

Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

• Coordinate ordering, inventory, and distribution of marketing collateral (flyers, folders, promotional items).
• Support customer submissions, including printing, packaging, and digital / physical prep.
• Prepare and ship conference / event materials and maintain stocked conference kits.

Sales & Customer Support

Social Media & Digital Support

Duration and Schedule

This internship is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering a minimum commitment of (15) hours per week. The duration of the internship will be (6-12) months, with potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
