Altitude Trampoline Park SANFORD Florida is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our Managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers!
What You Need
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation, to and from work
- Completion of in-house safety training
A Typical Day
- Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
- Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guest
- Manage employee relations
- Provide courteous customer experience and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests.
- Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas
- Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists
- Work as a team with other management team members
- Perform any other services or duties as required by Management
Expectations
- Lead a team of 10+ team members at any given time
- Provide great customer service
- Encourage team members daily
- Handle customer concerns
- Book parties, groups, and organizations
- Assist with park events
- Attend networking events when necessary
- Keep track of inventory and membership sales
