Job Title : General Production Worker

2nd shift Monday - Friday

Job Description

This role focuses on the continuous improvement of quality performance at the plant level, supporting operational areas by applying both internal and customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enhance quality performance at the plant level through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support operational areas by applying internal and customer-specific requirements.
• Conduct internal product and process audits, re-qualifications, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor operational quality performance systematically and manage Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).
• Plan and conduct incoming inspections.
• Manage claims with customers and suppliers using internal and customer-specific standards, including customer portals.
• Control and evaluate measuring equipment, including calibration and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Implement customer-specific requirements within quality documentation and update control plans and inspections.
• Collaborate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEAs) and develop, define, and control critical or significant characteristics, and define statistical methods like Statistical Process Control (SPC) and capability index (cpk).
• Apply specific knowledge of customer-specific requirements according to the Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) Matrix.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
