What you will do :

• Financial Reporting and Compliance : Prepare and oversee the company's SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), ensuring adherence to US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL requirements, while maintaining support for these filings.
• Technical Accounting and Research : Conduct research on SEC reporting requirements, provide interpretations of US GAAP, and prepare technical memorandums;

assess and integrate new regulatory requirements and technological advancements in financial reporting.

Leadership and Coordination : Lead the implementation of new reporting technologies, manage the Disclosure Committee, and prepare materials for the Audit Committee;

coordinate annual audits, SOX reporting, and internal audit projects.

Complex Accounting and Policy Development : Advise on complex accounting issues (e.g., joint ventures, revenue recognition), document and maintain accounting policies, and review contractual arrangements for proper accounting.

Candidate Qualifications : Requires 8+ years of accounting experience (including SEC reporting and Big 4 experience), CPA certification, strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure with excellent communication skills
