Description

The Project Manager - Top ENR GC - Charlotte will be responsible for :

• Leading commercial projects from inception through completion.
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure alignment.
• Processing, reviewing, and tracking submittals in a timely manner.
• Preparing comprehensive scope of work letters for subcontractors.
• Initiating change orders for the owner and soliciting competitive bids from subcontractors.
• Maintaining detailed logs for procurement, submittals, and RFIs to ensure effective project tracking.
• Managing deadlines to ensure that all timelines are adhered to.
• Coordinating with essential project team members to facilitate communication and efficiency.
• Ensuring positive client feedback and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration.

Profile

The Project Manager - Top ENR GC - Charlotte should have the following experience :

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of project management experience in construction with a general contractor.
• A proven track record of managing commercial projects valued at $5 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, and scheduling practices.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications to facilitate project management.
• The ability to organize, anticipate needs, plan, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
