Position Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Interior Landscape Sales Representative to join our Seattle team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and interior design, coupled with a proven sales track record.
You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and promote our interior landscaping services, contributing to the green transformation of indoor spaces across Seattle.
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting : Identify new business opportunities within the Seattle area, focusing on commercial offices, hotels, retail spaces, and residential properties.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable interior landscaping solutions.
- Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, property managers, and key stakeholders.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present tailored proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients.
- Collaboration : Work with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Networking : Attend events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote services and expand the client base.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Horticulture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of interior landscaping, horticulture, or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
