Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate skid steers and other mobile equipment to maintain plant and quarry access points.
  • Keep work platforms clean and orderly, ensuring a safe environment for all team members.
  • Perform hands-on cleanup assignments using a variety of hand tools.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks and routine servicing of assigned equipment.
  • Assist in running the crushing plant and support plant repair and maintenance as needed.
  • Manage water-based cleanup tasks carefully to avoid unsafe conditions near electrical equipment.
  • Proactively communicate with the foreman regarding operational challenges or opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor environmentally sensitive areas and help maintain our commitment to environmental stewardship.

  • Physical Readiness : Able to work outdoors in extreme hot or cold temperatures, and perform physical tasks including climbing, stretching, sitting, twisting, and using hand tools on rough terrain.
  • Safety Focus : Strict adherence to safety guidelines and use of PPE as required by OSHA / MSHA standards.

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years due to the working environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and "Fit for Work" physical.
  • Valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration form.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Technical education or certificates in basic welding / fitting are a plus.
  • State-approved welding certification is desirable but not required.
