We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to drive business development, training, and customer service for a multi-million-dollar company.

With your high energy, business savvy, and customer-focused mindset, you'll oversee a skilled team of technicians and electrical department operations.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Deal with escalated calls by expertly servicing customers’ entire needs.
  • Meet Daily, Monthly, and annual goals and department budget.
  • The electrical manager is responsible for setting up and maintaining their electrician's dispatch board.
  • Supervise any installation and repair calls if needed.
  • Train and supervise the use of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears.
  • Review / edit / change the Pricebook with the VP of Operations.
  • Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals for your department.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of electrical products and services.
  • Review all callbacks and provide appropriate training.
  • Conduct monthly truck inspections so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside.
  • Conduct and host actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.

Qualifications :

  • Self-starter, reliable, flexible with hours.
  • Understanding of the current regulations within the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Experience / Education :

  • High school diploma / GED required.
  • Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • Electrical License a MUST.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the electrical trade.
