In this pivotal role, you'll conceptualize, plan, and execute cutting-edge public and private offer incentive programs. Drawing on your expertise in financial incentives, automotive pricing strategy, and consumer behavior, you'll design incentive programs that resonate with target audiences, achieving our client's objectives with precision and impact.

The Organization : Marketing Intelligence

Latcha's Marketing Intelligence organization comprises several key roles :

  • Planners : They shape the success of current and future campaigns by identifying opportunities, conducting competitive research, and developing audience, channel, offer, and creative strategies.
  • Insights Analysts : They analyze data, generate valuable insights, and provide recommendations to help clients make informed business decisions.
  • Analytics Enablement Specialists : They design requirements for PowerBI dashboards and visualizations based on client and internal stakeholder needs.

You'll also establish best practices for analytic tagging and ensure the accuracy of tagging and reporting deliverables.

Advanced Analytics : This team focuses on predictive modeling, including machine learning, natural language processing, and personalization.

As an Automotive Incentives Planner , your role will be pivotal in shaping national, dealer, and private offer incentives.

These incentives will not only enhance the customer experience but also yield tangible business outcomes for our clients.

Collaborating closely with Campaign Planners, you'll create multi-dimensional program plans to effectively communicate these offers across various channels, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer journey.

This position offers a chance to transform our clients' organization by enabling them to refine their spending guidelines and embrace data-driven decision-making processes for optimizing incentive campaigns.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into effective offer strategies. Leveraging your expertise in automotive financial offers, stay abreast of product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends.

Additionally, collaboration with our Campaign Planners to develop marketing campaigns that effectively convey the diverse range of offers to customers.

Responsibilities

As an individual contributor in the role of Incentive Planner, you'll be responsible for the following key areas :

1. Strategic Collaboration :

  • Collaborate closely with Campaign Planners to develop comprehensive omni-channel campaign strategies focused on promoting national, local, and private offer automotive sales incentives.
  • Work with client's national incentives team on incentive plan management and creation.
  • Collaborate with internal and partner development teams to build a digital environment for automated analyses and intelligent reporting.
  • Assist our National and Dealer clients in adopting a more customer-centric in setting incentives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of other OEM national, local, and private offer incentive programs.

2. Audience Targeting and Management :

Utilize historical data and insights to identify target audiences for incentive offers, ensuring precise targeting and maximum impact.

3. Incentive Spend Optimization :

  • Analyze, monitor, and audit incentive plans.
  • Guide incentive spend based on factual and historical data, collaborating with the National Incentives team to define incentive guidelines.
  • Leverage your expertise in vehicle inventory, pricing, incentive programs, and financing options to optimize incentive strategies.

Basic Qualifications

Automotive Incentive Planning Expertise :

o Demonstrated working knowledge of finance and incentive plan analysis, practices, principles, applications, and analysis methods within the automotive industry.

Client Relationship Management :

o Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and thriving in collaborative team environments.

Educational Background :

o Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic financial planning.

Work Experience :

o Possess a minimum of 4 years' financial and incentive planning experience.

Desired Skills

Industry Expertise :

o Preferred experience in automotive dealership financial and / or leasing.

o Understanding of automotive industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

o Aptitude for rapidly grasping complex business operational concepts.
