Are you a skilled carpenter with a passion for finish work and a superhero at figuring out tough jobs? Aaron Overhead Doors is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Finish Carpenter.
As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in building out openings for doors and screens, assisting with installations, managing warehouse needs, and launching our innovative door-build program. Responsibilities :
- Quantify, shape, cut, and smooth carpentry materials
- Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements
- Construct window and door frames, rafters, partitions, and stairways
- Inspect, maintain and repair structures
- Constructing openings for doors and screens with precision and attention to detail.
- Assisting in the installation of doors and screens, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
- Managing warehouse responsibilities including unloading trucks, pulling parts, and quarterly inventory.
- Taking initiative in launching and overseeing our door-build program, where we will be building our own doors. Qualifications :
- Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques
- Accurate measuring and math skills required
- Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity
- Must have valid driver’s license Compensation : $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
- Constructing openings for doors and screens with precision and attention to detail.
- Assisting in the installation of doors and screens, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
- Managing warehouse responsibilities including unloading trucks, pulling parts, and quarterly inventory.
- Taking initiative in launching and overseeing our door-build program, where we will be building our own doors.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure everyone is on the same page for the jobs you're working on.
