We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate will have :

  • 5+ years of litigation experience
  • Strong background in commercial real estate law preferably
  • Familiarity with environmental clean-up and cost recovery cases preferably
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage complex cases independently

Key responsibilities :

  • Handle all aspects of litigation from initial pleadings through trial and appeal
  • Advise clients on real estate disputes and environmental liability issues
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation / arbitration
  • Collaborate with other practice groups as needed

Requirements :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes
