Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team in Colorado. In this role, you will work directly with clients to guide them through the mortgage process, from pre-qualification to closing.
You will collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure a smooth transaction for homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in the mortgage loan process, from application to closing
- Provide expert advice on various loan products (FHA, VA, conventional, etc.)
- Analyze clients' financial information to determine loan eligibility
- Manage loan pipelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Maintain current knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with realtors, clients, and other referral sources
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all company and regulatory requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing timely updates and answering questions
- Stay informed about market trends and financial products to better serve clients
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator license in Colorado (NMLS required)
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, rates, and the lending process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient with mortgage software and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
