Produce and maintain highquality documentation that meets corporatestandards and is appropriate for its intendedaudience.

Write easytounderstand user interface text online help and userguides.

Create tutorials to help endusers use a variety ofapplications.

Analyze existing and potential content focusing on reuse andsinglesourcingopportunities.

Support internal and external customers with documentation requestsandquestions.

Maintains reasonably regular punctual attendance consistent withOrlando Health policies the ADA FMLA and other federalstate

and localstandards.

Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies andprocedures.

Requirements

Five (5) years of experience in technical writing of software orrelateddocumentation.

Bachelors degree in journalism mass communications organizationalcommunication English or a similar area ofstudy.

Strong writing skills demonstrating understanding oftarget audiences and efficiency with style andgrammar.

Works independently and collaboratively with many differentteams.

Deliver high quality documentation with a sharp attention todetail.

Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them intouserfriendlydeliverables.

Basic understanding of software development and the Agilemethodology.

Knowledge of financial management best practices which can betranslated to transportation financial practices. Ability toproduce legible and complete functional documentation in a way thatthoroughly captures business processes and inputs / outputs of theapplications.

Ability to analyze and accurately and completelydefine processes and workflows to design efficient informationsolutions, including missing or duplicate functionality in existingapplications.

Ability to work effectively with users and a projectteam, to identify and document requirements for the maintenance,enhancement, or development of computer application systems,including technical overviews and context diagrams.

Knowledge offinancial management best practices which can be translated totransportation financial practices. Ability to produce legible andcomplete functional documentation in a way that thoroughly capturesbusiness processes and inputs / outputs of the applications.

Abilityto analyze and accurately and completely define processes andworkflows to design efficient information solutions, includingmissing or duplicate functionality in existing applications.

Ability to work effectively with users and a project team, toidentify and document requirements for the maintenance,enhancement, or development of computer application systems,including technical overviews and context diagrams.

Knowledge ofrelational database theories and concepts. Skill in testing complexapplications and interpreting whether requirements and designs weremet in the product.

Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, andprioritize work assignments for him / herself or lower-levelanalysts. Skill in accurately preparing schedule estimates forrequirements analysis and computer programming tasks in a computerapplication maintenance environment.

Ability to work effectivelywith Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, andTechnical Architects to build efficient, viable solutions in themaintenance of business applications utilizing all establishedDepartmental standards.

Ability to prepare complex computer programspecifications. Ability to prepare computer program test plans andto create test databases and test environments.

Ability tointerpret and communicate technical information related to computerprogramming and data processing, both verbally and in writing.

Advanced skills with Microsoft products : Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Visio, and Project. Experience working on accounting and financialcomputing applications and monitoring complex interfaces withexternal systems.

Knowledge of Agile Project Managementmethodologies and practices. Knowledge of the SCRUMFramework.
