Description :

The Programmatic Trader will be a fundamental part of the Beeswax Managed Service team which ensures that some of our most strategic customers achieve success on our platform by managing their campaign operations and optimizations.

As a Programmatic Trader your day-to-day will consist of campaign setup creative trafficking troubleshooting analyzing reporting and finding answers to some of our clients most complex questions.

The Programmatic Trader is also expected to assist Account Management in helping those customers with their in-housing efforts by communicating and documenting best practices used by our team.

In addition to contributing to external documentation this role is also expected to regularly contribute to our internal documentation.

Core Responsibilities :

• Become a product and domain expert in programmatic buying on the Beeswax platform
• Operate and optimize your book of campaigns to achieve stated goals
• Devise data-driven tactics strategies and frameworks for optimization for new campaigns
• Work with Account Management and Sales to develop achievable campaign goals
• Provide ongoing feedback to our Product and Account Management teams to improve our offerings of scalable solutions
• Provide training and education for both internal and external teams on process platform and optimization best practices.
• Analyze understand create define document iterate on Programmatic Trading processes and / or tools.
• Communicate directly with clients as needed to support Account Management and Sales teams.
• Regular consistent and punctual attendance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• We are looking for a trader on the Beeswax Managed Service team. If clients are looking to executive one of their programmatic campaigns they choose our team we will run the campaigns, track it, and optimize the KPIs
• Fairly trading, ad ops and trafficking role
• Really looking for someone who has worked in the programmatic space or in trading. Any experience working at an ad tech company would help but not necessary
• Looking for more coverage and backup on the west coast side would prefer someone in PST but EST is fine
