We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Weston, Massachusetts. This role is within the financial services industry and would involve working with Accounting Software Systems, ADP Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and focusing on Benefit Functions.

Responsibilities :

  • Processing payroll in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of financial reports
  • Handling special projects as assigned, with a focus on improving payroll processes
  • Working with ADP Workforce Now and other accounting software systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborating with team members to handle any payroll-related inquiries
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate customer credit records
  • Taking appropriate actions on customer accounts when necessary
  • Continually updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and keeping up-to-date with benefit functions
  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Providing solutions to issues (e.g., payroll discrepancies) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
  • Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is essential
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now will be beneficial
  • Understanding of Benefit Functions is necessary
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • High degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in a Payroll Administrator role will be advantageous
