Position Summary
The Clinical Pharmacy Manager isresponsible for designing implementing and managing all pharmacyclinical programs such as drug consults Nutrition SupportPharmacokinetics Anticoagulant monitoring Pain Management IV to PORenal Dosing and other programs as determined appropriate based onpatient population and literature guidelines.
Holds self and othersaccountable for completing compliance activities timely.Understands importance and expectations of compliance and makesappropriate effort to perform within thosestandards.
Qualifications
- PharmDDegree from an accredited college or Pharmacyrequired
- 4 years experience asacute care hospital pharmacistRequired
- ConsultantPharmacist License (can be acquiredwithin 6 months ofhire)
- Licensedin the state of FL as aPharmacist
