Job Summary : The Call Dashboard Coordinator will ensure that links are successful to process billing and payroll. Call Dashboard Coordinator will engage with PCA to ensure field staffed is informed and empowered with information.
As well as ensuring that cases are staffed and are addressing and advocating on behalf of their patients.
Supervisory Responsibilities :

Duties / Responsibilities :
Assists in assessment / linkage
Monitor EVV Clock in and out daily, reaches out to clients for missed clock actions, confirm visits with clients
Contact PCA when there is no clock action
Provides staffing to patients and proactively requests for additional caregivers
Schedule and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients
Responsible for detailed documentation of all daily interactions
Track and record in the internal database all instances of assignment refusals, call outs, late arrivals, early departures, client / caregiver feedback, etc.
Share information with team
Managing Client Calendars
Manage Pre-billing
Assists and works with community case managers
Manage corrections of clock actions
Communicate any needs expressed from clients or PCA to each department
Assists and participates on call responsibility
Works closely with clinical team
Ensure with staffing needs are met
Rotation of Monthly Oncall
Performs other duties as required
Required Skills / Abilities :
Excellent knowledge of case management and crisis intervention services.
Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize task
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Starting Salary-$36000-$41000
