Responsibilities :
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration skills with our 3PL call center conducting weekly meetings to ensure alignment and address any issues.
- Interact with customers regarding delivery, product inquiries, exchanges, and returns.
- Conduct monthly analysis of customer service-related issues and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Develop corrective action plans to improve CRM processes.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Assistant Manager level / 2-4 years experience or Staff level / 1-2 years experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Prompt responses to customer queries and timely implementation of customer service strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
