YOUR ROLE

  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual distributor business plans and providing regular analysis on assigned distributor partners.
  • Works closely with Sr. Sales Director for assigned channel on creating annual business plan, distributor specific promotional plan, salon target lists and co-managing distributor specific education plan.
  • Work in conjunction with Sr. Sales Director in leveraging and managing trade funds to achieve company plans and objectives.
  • Sell and deploy bi-monthly promotions, manage allocations and performance.
  • Work closely with Sr. Sales Director to co create complementary sales and education plan.
  • Manage distributor loyalty programs, company incentives, etc.
  • Manage current top salon customer base and assist in developing strategies and programs to increase qualitative distribution of all product categories.
  • Develop and own a working customer target list of top tier A salons in market for conversion.

Manage and lead sales meetings and distributor sales events.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales within the beauty or personal care industry; hair care category a plus.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 50% travel between distributor and salon customers. Northeast Territory with a focus on NY area.
  • Proficient use of Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop and communicate results, ideas and strategies.
  • Manage personal travel schedule and T&E budget.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
