Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Idaho.

We are looking for a Commercial Sales & Fleet Manager to join our Meridian Ford Team. The required schedule is Monday through Friday and occasionally weekends.

Duties will include :

  • Manage assigned and earned business accounts for sales and service
  • Source and develop new and existing commercial / fleet sales leads through the CRM
  • Build customer profiles in CRM and fill out front cover sheet with all pertinent information
  • Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and paperwork signing
  • Daily meeting with commercial admin staff to assist with building report of sales, deliveries, paperwork, and missing deal file items
  • Update accounting system website with notes regarding inventory, funding and we owe items
  • Contact customers for missing required documents in car deal
  • Build long lasting customer relationships
  • Use call script for new and existing accounts with truck analysis worksheet
  • Plan deliveries in advance with commercial admin staff
  • Execute factory orders in the Ford Web Based Ordering System
  • Log sales in our teams sales Googe sheet
  • Recognize customer needs and create solutions to match their needs
  • Understanding and promoting vehicle cycling programs and services
  • Calculate cost per mile on customer's fleet and sell a fixed cost solution
  • Finance & Insurance product selling and knowledge of finance and leasing
  • Commercial product knowledge with excellent computer skills
  • Work with commercial upfitters to offer products to enhance their vehicle
  • Calculate commission sheets on each sold deal
  • Join and attend business networking groups after hours
  • Willingness to communicate with customers after hours and on the weekends
  • High Energy and Competitive Nature desired
