POSITION : Senior-Product Development Engineer

JOB LOCATION : 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, Texas 75202 and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home

Senior-Product Development Engineer needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.

S.; may work from home to be responsible for in-depth assessment of the networked application needs. Work on providing network modeling, prototyping, simulation testing, and consulting to further clarify needs to deliver application functionality.

Perform network product engineering assignments including design, development, documentation, and testing of network hardware, firmware, or software products or systems.

Develop new products, enhancements, and modifications of existing products. Mentor and provide technical guidance and explain advanced concepts to others in work area.

Coordinate across multiple departments. Apply experience in technology development. Lead multiple projects. Apply knowledge of IT architecture.

Apply knowledge on Network Management Systems. Apply experience in software design and development. Apply knowledge in transport network technology including protocols, equipment, and services.

Develop applications using various software development methodologies including SAFe, Agile Scrum and Waterfall. Utilize technologies including AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, GitHub, HTML5, CSS3, Chai, Mocha, Jasmine, Cucumber, Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Redis, Azure and proficiency with various browser standards, debugging techniques.

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation applying experience in technology development;
• leading multiple projects; applying knowledge of IT architecture; applying knowledge on Network Management Systems; applying experience in software design and development;
• applying knowledge in transport network technology including protocols, equipment, and services; utilizing technologies including AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, GitHub, Chai, Mocha, Jasmine, Cucumber, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Redis, Azure, and Java;

utilizing J2EE and apply expertise with various browser standards, debugging techniques, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies including SAFe, Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
