job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Automation Assembly Operator include the following :
- Robotic grippers
- Rotary units
- Linear actuator
- Basic drilling / milling at machines for modification of components.
- Assemble & modify product fixtures.
- Support day to day production activities to help meet customer product demand.
- Inspect, test, trouble shoot and diagnose products or mechanical systems.
- Read blue prints to diagnose and make repairs including but not limited to :
- exploded views follow prints to assembly read tolerances
- Maintain clean and orderly work station through company 5S program.
- Follow all company production safety rules and policies.
- Participate in the company Quality Improvement Program.
- Perform other duties or projects when requested by company management.
