Latitude is seeking a NJ-based Estate Planning & Elder Care Attorney to join a boutique law firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Interested candidates should have around 2-3 years of estate planning and / or elder care law experience. Excellent academic credentials, transactional writing, and client counseling skills are a must.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in New Jersey; Pennsylvania is a plus. This is an in-person position with no billable hour requirements.

Requirements for the NJ Estate Planning & Elder Care Attorney :
- 2-3 years of estate planning and / or elder care law experience required
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in New Jersey; Pennsylvania is a plus
- J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
- Excellent writing and client counseling skills

Compensation
- Pay : The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
- Benefits : In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance;
401(k) and generous leave policies.
