We Are Hiring : Psychotherapist - Bilingual Spanish / English

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll be a fully licensed, dually credentialed Masters level provider, delivering clinical behavioral health services and coordinating care across various programs within our organization.

What You'll Do :

Clinical Expertise : Utilize your expertise to work with children, adolescents, couples, and families, conducting clinical assessments of behavioral health conditions with a special emphasis on the Hispanic culture.

Supportive Environment : Establish a caring environment by providing emotional and psychological support to our diverse patient population, particularly those in the Hispanic community.

Community Engagement : Facilitate mental health presentations, participate in outreach activities, and collaborate with primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental disorders and psychosocial problems efficiently.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records, documenting initial intake evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulations and standards.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, attending meetings and participating in Quality Improvement activities as required.

Qualifications :

Education : Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.

Licensure : Possess a license to practice in the state of Wisconsin (LCSW or LPC) with 3,000 hours post Master's Degree for third-party billing.

Certification : Meet state requirements for certification as a substance abuse counselor (SAC or CSAC) or possess Substance Abuse Specialty Authorization added to licensure.

Language Skills : Bilingual in Spanish / English with extensive knowledge of Hispanic culture preferred.
