Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer PE with a passion for site development projects in Seattle? Join LPD Engineering, a dynamic, woman-owned firm specializing in civil site design, erosion control, utilities, site layout, grading, paving, stormwater management, and infrastructure improvements.
We're seeking a talented Civil Engineer PE with 10+ years of experience to contribute to our team of experts. You'll work on a variety of exciting projects, including educational campuses, civic facilities, parks, residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies
- Develop detailed civil site design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure project success
- Oversee construction activities and provide technical support
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in civil site development
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations
